"Here's an unsponsored, non-referral-seeking review of the website whose name I can't mention, but the thread title should give you an idea: The website has an instructional video for taking your measurements and it's pretty comprehensive. They encourage you to include a friend to ensure the most accurate measurements possible. You do the measurements bit by bit and load them into your profile. That way, the company has them on hand if you ever want to order again. Not too shabby, so far. I ordered a Windsor Grey three-piece suit to start, and I selected my various options, of which there are many. You can choose lapel style and size, number of buttons, monogram, earbud slot, extra pockets, etc. I believe they're all included with the cost of the suit. I got a nice purple lining for the jacket and the vest and I had a few other options added. Once I had all of my options selected, I was taken to the "finalize order" page. Using a promo code I was able to get it for less than $200 Canadian. Incidentally, another nice feature of the website is that they let you switch to your local currency. I believe I paid using PayPal. Up until now, the process was fairly smooth. I got a confirmation email and all was well. About ten days later, I got a shipping notice from FedEx, and thus began the annoying part of the experience. When the package arrived in North America, it somehow got lost. Eventually, the FedEx folks told me it was somewhere in Overgoods and they had to find it. The whole process was very stressful and involved multiple, long phone calls. To top it off, the customs fees were charged to me directly, without my approval. Apparently, FedEx's policy is that if someone sends you an international package, they will look for your name in their database and charge you the fee without your consent. All of that is really on FedEx, though, not the company alluded to in the thread title. I wish there was another shipping option, because I'll never use FedEx again if I can help it. Eventually, I got the suit. I was very pleased with the material, and the fit was almost perfect. One of my options was a little pocket for my mobile device, with a touch sensitive screen and a hole behind the lapel for my earbuds. Not too shabby. In addition to the suit itself, the package came with a nice garment bag, a suit brush, a wooden usb key (which contains some info about the company and measurement instructions), a few fabric samples, a measuring tape and a high-quality wooden hanger. My only issue was with the fit of the waist of the pants, but here's another good thing: The company provides an alteration credit. I was waiting to post my review until the company had reimbursed me, and they did, via PayPal, yesterday. I am not sure if I would pay full price for this (maybe that's because I'm very frugal), but at half price it's one of the best deals I've ever had. They also have a referral program, as mentioned above, but I am specifically NOT providing one through this channel (any requests for one will be denied, as I wish to comply with the forum rules).
